Registrations are now open for September webinar.
The Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre (ACSC), based at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre (Peter Mac), in partnership with Cancer Council Victoria (CCV) biannually present a Cancer Wellness Program.
The Cancer Wellness Program is a free education and support program for people who have completed cancer treatment and are living with and beyond cancer. It is also for carers, partners and family members.
Expert speakers will present topics that include practical tips and strategies for living well with and beyond cancer and to assist people to make the change from clinical management to supported self-management.
Topics include:
- Survivor Story – Meg Rynderman OAM & Tahli Batkilin, Consumer Advocates, Peter Mac
- Your GP and long term health – Nella Combe, Project Manager - Engagement, ACSC
- Exercise and emotional health, Travis Hall, Exercise Physiologist, Peter Mac
- Cancer Clinical Trials – Glenda Burke, Senior Research Nurse, Peter Mac
