Double your impact through the 29th Peter Mac Cup
Collingwood vs Carlton
ROUND 8, MCG | FRIDAY May 3 2024
Now is the time to double your impact and take a stand against cancer. Help us reach our $100,000 target and longtime supporters of Peter Mac, the Pratt Foundation, will match your gift.
The Peter Mac Cup is the longest running charity match in VFL/AFL history, with traditional rivals Collingwood and Carlton coming together to support one important cause – cancer research at Peter Mac. Every dollar you donate will help change the future of cancer research and give hope to all Australians affected by cancer.
Special thanks to the Pratt Foundation

Players visit Peter Mac
On Monday April 29, players from both Collingwood and Carlton came down to Peter Mac. Chatting with patients and staff across the centre, they bought smiles to the faces of many.
A huge thank you to both teams for coming by!

Collingwood at Peter Mac
Proving he also has a big heart, Collingwood’s Mason Cox dropped in to Peter Mac to visit some of our patients (and massive Pies fans), Nick and Ricky. They had the chance to meet one of football’s tallest heroes and to hold the 2010 AFL Premiership Cup.
This visit not only meant the world to Nick and Ricky, but also made the day of our staff!
Carlton at Peter Mac
Former co-captain of Carlton and patient of Peter Mac Sam Docherty know's too well the challenges cancer patients can face. Whilst undergoing treatment for testicular cancer, his Carlton teammates banded together to shave their heads, and collectively raised over $200,000 in 2021 for Peter Mac.
Since then, Sam has continued to remain involved with Peter Mac, pictured here meeting with Peter Mac CEO Shelley Dolan
