Clinical research facilitation

If you are starting a new investigator-initiated clinical research project the Clinical Research Development and Operations (CRDO) team can assist with the processes required to develop and operationalise your project including contracting and securing sponsorship

The Clinical Research Development and Operations (CRDO) team ensures that the following essential building blocks are facilitated when starting a new project: 

  • facilitate study procurement 

  • protocol review 

  • assist with sponsor contract and budget negotiation 

  • facilitate submission of new research proposals to ethics committees and governance 

  • assist in closeout of research projects 

  • provide compliance oversight in sponsor regulations 

  • offer training and education in research administration and compliance.
