Sean Curtain is Executive Director People and Culture with responsibility for Human Resources, Employee Relations, Occupational Health and Safety, Wellbeing, HR Systems, Medical Workforce and Organisational Development and Peter Mac’s overall People and Culture strategy.
Sean previously served as the Director of HR Services and Staff Welfare at Alfred Health. He previously held the roles of General Manager Human Resources at the University of Melbourne’s commercial arm (UoMC), Chief Human Resources Officer at life insurer AIA Australia and has held senior roles in HR in the advertising and communications, aviation, financial services and engineering industries.
Sean is on the Board of the Victorian Hospitals Industrial Association.
