The Academic Nursing Unit's short course program uses a face-to-face ‘speak with an expert’ model to build your patient-management knowledge and skills.
How to enrol in and attend an Academic Nursing Unit short course
- See a catalogue of courses in our Learning Management System and find a course that is suitable for you – instructions on how to register for a short course are available.
Hint: type "ANU" into the Search bar to view nursing programs to see just the Academic Nursing Unit courses - Register and pay for your enrolment
- We will email you confirmation of your enrolment
- If we have had to cancel or postpone the training, we will give you a chance to reschedule or cancel your enrolment – in which case, we will give you a full refund (including transaction fees). You can also see the Learning Hub Refund Policy if you wish to cancel your enrolment or cannot attend
- Attend your course. We will hold face to face programs in the Education Centre, on Level 7 of the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, at 305 Grattan Street in Melbourne (see information about getting to Peter Mac). We may also offer the program just remotely
- We may need to change some programs to remote-only delivery at short notice due to COVID-19-related restrictions
- Pass the course’s evaluation
- We will provide you with a Certificate of Completion
