Students who are interested in participating in the school work experience program should lodge an expression of interest via the expression of interest form.
Students must be at least 15+ years of age at the time of undertaking a placement.
This year 30 students will participate in our Peter Mac program, with six students/week attending in the following weeks:
- 17 - 21 June 2024
- 24 - 28 June 2024
- 01 - 05 July 2024
- 16 - 20 September 2024
- 23 - 27 September 2024
Please note: The places are limited and submitting an EOI does not guarantee a place.
We are not accepting new EOIs for the 2024 school work experience program.
Applications for the 2025 school work experience program will open by end of March 2025.
Peter Mac requires its staff and students to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide evidence.
All healthcare workers (including students and honoraries) are required to have had three doses of the COVID-19 vaccination in order to work onsite - including those who are not patient facing.
