With over 20 years’ experience as a medical consumer advocate, Louise is dedicated and committed to improving access and equity in public healthcare for rural and regional communities.
Louise is energised by challenges and problem solving, and driven by an authentic desire for continuous improvement. She says the role of consumer advocate offers a unique platform to contribute, develop and improve health-care outcomes. Additionally by establishing a cyclical relationship between research, clinical trials, and medical interventions, she sees the consumer voice as fundamental and integral in the design process.
