A telephone interpreting service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This is for when an onsite interpreters are not available. For after-hours access to our services, please contact the Patient Services Manager. You can call them on (03) 8559 5006.

• Outpatients (Medicare bulk billed) 

• Doctor’s priority line: 1300 131 450 

• Use client code: 003843 and then request language. 

• Other eligible patients

• Provide URN and request language.
