In an emergency, please dial 000 for an ambulance or go to your nearest emergency department. If you are feeling unwell, see your GP or local hospital.

Need clinical advice?

For Peter Mac patients with a clinical question between 8am and 5pm weekdays: Call switchboard (03) 8559 5000 and ask to speak to the Clinical Nurse Coordinator (to help direct you to the right person, please explain the kind of treatment you are receiving).

For patients with clinical questions after hours, weekends and public holidays, call switchboard and ask to speak with the After Hours Hospital Coordinator.

Your Patient Navigator

Your Patient Navigator is an important member of your care team. 

They work closely with you and your care team to make sure you receive the right care in the right place at the right time.  

Please contact your Patient Navigator by phone or email if you need help with appointments in Peter Mac’s Specialist Clinics.

Business Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm.

Health Hub

Peter Mac offers a secure online patient portal known as Health Hub. This platform simplifies your access to essential information regarding your care and treatment, including details about upcoming appointments. To use Health Hub, you need to be a registered user. If you don’t have a smartphone or computer, you can arrange for a trusted family member or friend to register as your ‘Proxy.’
