Andrea is a proud Aboriginal woman and cancer survivor who found her niche in Aboriginal Health after being a Primary School teacher.

Before coming to Peter Mac she was the Aboriginal Liaison Officer in the Screening, Early Detection and Immunisation team at Cancer Council Victoria.

Andrea is the co-chair of Peter Mac's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Advisory Committee and sits on several external committees / advisory groups.

She leads implementation of Peter Mac’s Reconciliation Action Plan, and supports in the role as Aboriginal Hospital Liaison Officer role as needed.
