Nicola Raudys is an experienced Board Secretary who engages proactively with the Peter Mac Board in implementing contemporary Board governance practices and supports the Board in meeting their statutory and governance responsibilities.
Nicola works collaboratively with the Chief Executive and Executive Team to support Peter Mac’s vision to continuously improve cancer care, research and education across all cancers and for all people affected by cancer, in an approach underpinned by Peter Mac’s core values of Excellence, Innovation and Compassion.
Nicola is passionate about the value of diverse perspectives for the strengths this brings to discussion and decision making.
Nicola is a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a 2025 Williamson Community Leadership Program participant.
