Dr Hermione Allen is a Research Associate in the Victorian Centre for Functional Genomics at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.

Having recently completed her PhD in cancer immunology with a focus on immune responses in acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, she now works on providing data analysis for all types of screen applications, with an emphasis on high throughput flow cytometry.

Her role also involves delivering screening support and driving and implementing novel methods of cellular phenotyping using complex image analysis tools.
